MEET THE PRINCIPAL
San Juanita Preciado is recognized as a highly motivated, organized, and passionate General Contractor as well as Interior Designer. She has more than 20 years of experience in residential and commercial design, restoration of historic dwellings, and home staging. San Juanita possesses that creative and critical eye for all aspects of design and is detail-oriented in each project she takes on. A home restoration project is filled with moving parts, like subcontract management, permit approvals, inspections, material acquisition, and much more. While a daunting task for most, San Juanita's experience and successful project management help her move from project conception to completion with ease.
As an alumnus and from a community involvement standpoint, she is extremely passionate about mentoring Junior and Senior Interior Design students from The University of The Incarnate Word, as well as fundraising for the Harlandale class of 1978 Scholarship Fund.

San Juanita's low-key customer service style matched with her focused management skills make her the perfect partner for your next renovation or restoration project.
